Overview

Quality Media Operations is an internal workspace used by Quality Media teams to manage client context, reporting, presentations, influencer information, and related operating materials. This policy explains what information the workspace processes and how it is used.

Information We Process

The workspace may process user profile information from approved Google Workspace sign-ins, including name, email address, and profile image. It may also store internal business records such as client names, account identifiers, platform connections, reporting metrics, notes, documents, product catalog references, and presentation metadata.

Connected Platforms

When authorized, the workspace may connect to third-party platforms such as advertising, analytics, creative, or content tools to retrieve business data needed for internal reporting and operations. Access is limited to the permissions granted during authorization and is used only for Quality Media business workflows.

Shopify

When a client has authorized it, Quality Media connects to their Shopify store to support the reporting we prepare for them. This connection reads order, customer (name, email, and order history), product, and reporting data from that store — nothing is written back, and the connection never modifies a store’s storefront, checkout, or theme.

Customer data accessed through Shopify is used only to build the client’s own performance reporting and is not shared outside Quality Media’s operations workspace. Merchants and their customers can request that this data be deleted; Quality Media complies with Shopify’s data-request and redaction requirements and removes the corresponding records from our systems.

How We Use Information

Information is used to operate the workspace, authenticate users, maintain client records, generate reporting views, sync platform data, support internal planning, and improve internal workflows. We do not sell personal information.

Access And Sharing

Access is restricted to authorized Quality Media-affiliated users and approved collaborators. Information may be shared with service providers that host, secure, authenticate, or operate the workspace, including cloud infrastructure, database, analytics, and authentication providers.

Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to support internal operations, legal requirements, security, reporting history, and client relationship management. Records may be updated, archived, or deleted when they are no longer needed.

Security

We use access controls, authenticated sign-in, environment-based secrets, and hosted infrastructure controls to help protect the workspace. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorized access or misuse.
